Kaan Will Race for Balkanian
Cup 2008 in Greece

SEEKZ (South East European Karting Zone) Balkanian Cup will
be held at Apsis Race Track in Thessaloniki Greece on 22-21
Nov. 2008.
This event will also give points to SEEKZ
2008 championship as a 5th race.
Kaan will race for
KF3 Category and
Emir Kalafatoğlu of Dynamic Racing Team will be the
other Turkish driver in this event for Mini Category.

Kaan won the 1st
International KF3 cup for Turkey!!!

4th SEEKZ (South East European Karting Zone) event of 2008
was held at Korfez Circuit on 24-25 October 2008.
It
was Kaan’s first KF3 Race.. Winner title and gold cup came
with TM KF3 engine and Gillard / Charlotte combination and
excellent wet driving skills of Kaan. Thanks to rainy
British Super 1 races plus experience on wet tires.
This was also Turkey’s 1st winner cup for KF in an
international event.
Seekz race gave points to
Turkish Championship and Kaan finalized season with 355
points and Champion Title.

Kaan raced 6th Leg of
British Super 1 @ Three Sisters Wigan

October 2008
Final race of British Super 1 was at
Three Sisters Circuit.
Kaan missed Friday pactices
because of school day and long trip to Wigan via Frankfurth
and was a new circuit for him. Saturday started with unlucky
sessions, torn tire and broken rims.
Kaan finnished
the final race of the season 18th .

Kaan won the 7th leg of
Turkish ICA J Championship in Izmir
07 October 2008
7 th lg of the Turkish Championship hosted
by new Pinarbasi Race Circuit of Izmir on 4-5 October 2008.
This was the last race of the year before International
SEEKZ event.
Saturday TOSFED announced that SEEKZ
race will also give points for Turkish Championship but Kaan
had already enough points to celebrate Champ title.
Best time practice plus double wins giving him 50 points and
brought his tally to 317.

ICA Junior Champion

6 th lg of the Turkish Championship held @ Korfez
circuit this weekend. Champion title came with the rain. Was
raining cats and dogs again after Rowrah.
Kaan got
2nd place at 1st race and won the 2nd race. Todays 45 points
after 6th legs is a guarantee of winning the championship!!!
Next and final round will be hosted by Izmir Pinarbasi
circuit on 4-5 October 2008.

circuit this weekend. Kaan is leading the championship and
what he needs is just 11 more points to get the title.

British Super 1 @ Rowrah Cumbria

It was raining cats and dogs in the UK. Kaan suffered
with heavy weather conditions and couldnt have expected
results at Saturday time practices.
Sunday started with an unlucky spin on wet track. Final race
was a killer.. Kaan started at last grid but he was commited.
Great racing, excellent takeovers brought him the 16th place
and 32 points.

Great weekendat Korfez Circuit:
Best time of
Saturday time practices ( even faster than ICA ’s ), Double
poles and double wins with best lap times at both races.
Leading the championship with 222 points.
